Gonzalo de Foronda serves as a Litigation Paralegal, where he supports attorneys through all stages of personal injury litigation, from initial filings through trial preparation. With a foundation in legal training from Argentina, Gonzalo brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to his work and contributes across a wide range of litigation tasks.

In his role, Gonzalo assists with drafting complaints, discovery, motions, and demand packages, as well as preparing case materials for trial. He is also involved in client and case-related correspondence, helping ensure that matters move forward efficiently and with attention to detail. His work requires both precision and adaptability, particularly in managing the varying demands of active litigation.

Gonzalo earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Buenos Aires. Before transitioning into his current role, he studied and practiced law in Argentina, an experience that continues to shape his perspective. Working within a different legal system has given him a unique appreciation for the shared logic and structure underlying legal practice across jurisdictions. He brings that perspective into his daily work, applying consistent reasoning and problem-solving skills regardless of the forum.

Outside the office, Gonzalo enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying active. His interests include going to the gym, running, playing rugby, and spending time outdoors in the countryside. He also enjoys cooking, which offers a creative balance to the structure of legal work.
