The USC settlement. David Gammill was part of the team of attorneys that recovered $852 million for all of the plaintiffs in the USC sexual abuse litigation, reported at the time as the largest sexual abuse settlement ever paid by a university. Hundreds of women came forward. The firm’s clients were among them.

The Boeing litigation. When Lion Air Flight 610, a Boeing 737 Max, crashed off the coast of Java in October 2018, all 189 people aboard were killed. Gammill Law represented the family of one of those passengers in the litigation against Boeing. That case resolved in a confidential settlement.
