Alma Lizzette Taylor Ardon

Alma Lizzette Taylor Ardon is a Legal Assistant who plays a central role in supporting case operations and ensuring that every matter progresses efficiently and accurately. With a strong foundation in document management, compliance, and administrative operations, she brings a structured and detail-driven approach to her work, helping maintain consistency across filings, records, and client communications.

In her role, Alma manages end-to-end case tracking and legal operations support. She is responsible for coordinating deadlines, maintaining organized case files, and ensuring that all documentation and correspondence are properly handled and followed through. Her proactive approach helps keep cases moving forward while reducing the risk of missed details—an essential function in a fast-paced personal injury practice.

Before transitioning into the legal field, Alma built over 15 years of experience in document control, compliance, and executive support across global teams in the United States, Latin America, and Asia. This background has equipped her with a high level of organization, cross-functional coordination, and process management expertise, all of which translate seamlessly into her work at the firm.

Alma holds a Master’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (UNITEC), as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica de Honduras “Nuestra Señora Reina de la Paz.” She also completed a Digital Marketing Program at The George Washington University School of Business. Her professional training includes Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), document control, and process improvement.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Alma is able to communicate effectively with a diverse client base. Outside of work, she enjoys drawing comic books, reading in quiet spaces, dancing salsa and merengue, and spending time with her family—especially her baby niece. She also volunteers her time tutoring elementary school students.
