
Zack Muljat serves as Managing Attorney, overseeing all aspects of the firm’s civil litigation practice from initial case development through trial. Since beginning his legal career in 2015, Zack has built a practice focused on wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and civil rights litigation, handling complex cases that require both strategic oversight and careful attention to detail.
In his role as Managing Attorney, Zack leads the firm’s litigation efforts across every phase of a case, including pre-litigation investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. He also supervises and mentors the firm’s team of legal professionals, ensuring that each case is handled with consistency, precision, and a clear sense of direction. His approach emphasizes thorough preparation and thoughtful advocacy, particularly in matters involving serious injuries and significant loss.
Zack earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating cum laude from Western Washington University. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served as Chief Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. He is admitted to practice law in both California and Washington.
Outside the office, Zack enjoys spending time with his wife and son, often exploring the forests of the Pacific Northwest. He is also an avid guitar player and spends part of his free time studying the German language.
