Kimberley Daniels is the friendly voice and first point of contact for clients at the firm, serving as an Intake Specialist. With four years of experience in client intake, case qualification, and scheduling, she helps guide people through the sometimes overwhelming first steps of reaching out for legal help. Kimberley makes every caller feel heard, supported, and understood, ensuring the intake process is smooth and stress-free. 

Trained in paralegal studies at Westminister Law School, Caribbean Campus, Kimberley brings a strong foundation of legal knowledge to her work. Her empathetic nature and people-friendly approach allow her to connect with clients, answer their questions clearly, and provide the reassurance they need during what can be a challenging time. 

Outside the office, Kimberley enjoys writing poetry, singing, and spending quality time with her family. These passions reflect her warm, compassionate personality, which she brings to her role every day. Whether scheduling consultations, answering questions, or guiding clients through case intake, Kimberley balances professionalism with genuine care, helping each client feel confident and supported from the very first interaction.
